Vinod has nearly 25 years of experience in the food & beverages industry and has worked with companies such as Nestlé and Mars. His expertise lies in developing corporate strategy, global research and development, R&D in data, and analytics, catalyzing digital transformations, as well as manufacturing and plant management. He also has experience in managing global projects and portfolios, green/brown field start-ups, commercialization, industrial engineering, developing quality and food safety measures, external manufacturing, lean & six sigma, and people development. 

In his current role, he leads a large team of system functional experts across the globe to ensure enterprise R&D digital system capabilities are developed, deployed, sustained and continuously improved to enable an accelerated digitalization of the R&D function.
