Telina Reil is an accomplished leader with a deep passion for driving change through digital transformation. She has a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformations leveraging AI initiatives with significant impact. Prior to her current role, Telina served as the Director of Advanced Analytics at Abbott. Telina has also worked as the Head of Business Transformation, Advanced Business Analytics / AI at Allianz. During her time at Allianz, she established and ran the applied AI advisory within the Allianz Group, where she focused on driving tangible business impact.
