Background

Roger Graell Sole is a seasoned digital leader currently serving as the Chief Digital & International Franchise Officer at Bata Group. Previously Roger was the E-commerce Director at Mango for 12 years, where he helped develop Mango into digital worldwide. Prior to his tenure at Mango, Roger held the esteemed position of Southern Europe Marketing Director at lastminute.com from 2007 to 2010. There, he played a pivotal role in the growth of the European subsidiary of Travelocity.com, a renowned name in the online travel industry. Before joining Travelocity, Roger worked for six years at Redcats (ex-home shopping division of Kering Group) in different senior positions in marketing and operations, developing the business for brands like La Redoute, Vertbaudet, and EmpireStores across various European countries. He holds a diploma from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Mathematics and Statistics and a Management Development Program (PDD) at IESE Business School. Roger also collaborates as associate professor of E-commerce and Digital Marketing at ESIC Business School.
