Background
In addition to being a seasoned CX and marketing executive, Dr. ElDifrawi has built a reputation over the years as a thought leader in clinical, social, and consumer psychology. In his 25+ year-long marketing career, he has held management and CXO leadership roles with leading organizations, including Google, McKinsey, Wrigley, Gogo, Redbox, and Shutterfly. He currently serves as the Chief Commercial and Brand Officer at TAG – The Aspen Group.
He has been featured in many publications, including The Economist, Forbes, Bloomberg, Fast Money, WSJ, and the NY Times. He also co-authored the book The Ten Worlds: The New Psychology of Happiness (2018) and co-hosts the Hold Me Back podcast.
