In his current role, Kandy Senthilmaran leads end-to-end operations for business processes, systems, tools, data management, data architecture and engineering, analytics & reporting, SOX and Operations compliance management for product, offer and price business. He is a seasoned business process transformation leader, with strong expertise in customer experience management, delivery excellence, data science and operations management. Kandy has worn many hats in his career – software developer, quality and business excellence program manager, operations director, service management leader, business partner, statistician & business analyst. As a leader, he specializes in managing multi-disciplinary projects and navigating complex challenges. He is also the Member Leader & Chair for ASQ – World Headquarters, which helps quality professionals drive excellence in their organizations. As a winner of the ASQ Feigenbaum Medal, he has contributed a chapter, Customer Experience Driving Quality Transformation, to the book, Quality in the 21st Century published by Springer.
